- 2011Founded as a two-scientist analytical consultancy in San Diego.
- 2013FDA establishment registration; first GMP client engagements.
- 2014A2LA ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation issued (Cert. 6842.01).
- 2015DEA Schedule I–V registration; controlled-substance vault commissioned.
- 2017ISO 9001:2015 quality system certified; QA department formalized.
- 2020Mass spectrometry expansion: Orbitrap and triple-quad platforms added.
