Information we collect
We collect contact details you submit through inquiry forms (name, email, organization, project description), shipping and billing information required to fulfill testing services, and standard web analytics (IP, browser, referrer) used to operate and secure the site.
How we use information
Information is used to scope and deliver analytical services, communicate about active projects, issue certificates of analysis, comply with regulatory recordkeeping obligations (including 21 CFR Part 11 and DEA Schedule recordkeeping), and improve our service.
Sharing
We do not sell client information. Data may be shared with regulators (FDA, DEA, state agencies) where law requires, and with accreditation bodies during audits. Client project data is treated as confidential and subject to mutual NDA where executed.
Retention
Project records are retained for a minimum of ten years per our ISO/IEC 17025 quality system. Controlled substance records are retained per DEA requirements.
