Scope of services
VerifiedSciences performs analytical testing and product development services as defined in written project quotes. Reports apply only to the samples submitted and the methods specified.
Sample handling
Samples are received, retained, and destroyed per our SOPs. Unless otherwise agreed, sample retention is 30 days from report issue. Hazardous materials require advance approval and may incur disposal fees.
Confidentiality
All client information and results are treated as confidential. Mutual NDAs are executed on request.
Use of reports
Reports may not be reproduced except in full without written authorization. Use of the VerifiedSciences name or marks in connection with results requires prior written consent.
Payment
Invoices are due Net 30 from report issue. Past-due balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
Aggregate liability for any claim arising out of services is limited to the fees paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim. In no event shall VerifiedSciences be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County.
